Back in 1985, Jane Whiteman founded Essex & Suffolk Lettings on the firm principles of exemplary customer service coupled with an in-depth knowledge of residential lettings.

The formula proved to be a success and 25 years on, Essex & Suffolk Lettings has grown to be the leading property management agent in the region, with our offices serving a large geographical area.

We are committed members of ARLA, the umbrella organisation formed to protect the interests of the public. This protection guards against fraud, misrepresentation and malpractice in the letting industry and ensures there is a positive difference between ARLA members service standards and those of other Letting and Management agents. Membership is attained only by agents who can demonstrate that they have a thorough working knowledge of the profession and are committed to conducting their business in line with current best management practice.

Today, Jane still insists on the highest standards throughout the company and personally ensures that those founding principles are maintained as soundly as ever.
